How You&#39;ll Make Your Mark</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for frontend systems across the platform.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications that serve millions of users.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Conduct architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical deep dives to ensure engineering excellence.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Mentor senior engineers and raise the overall engineering bar through coaching and technical leadership.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Own critical production systems and drive operational excellence, observability, security, and reliability.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Partner with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve developer productivity and product quality.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Champion frontend best practices including performance optimization, accessibility, design systems, and reusable component architecture.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Drive cross-team initiatives that reduce tech debt, improve CI/CD pipelines, and elevate code quality standards.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Influence engineering culture by contributing to hiring, onboarding, and establishing technical standards across the organization.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Represent the engineering team in cross-functional planning, sprint reviews, and executive stakeholder discussions.</span></li></ul><br /><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#1f4e79"><b>Who You Are &amp; What You&#39;ll Need to Succeed</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">12&#43; years of hands-on experience in frontend/full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a principal, staff, or equivalent technical leadership role.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Deep understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from inception through delivery.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow engineers at multiple levels of seniority.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies, especially AI-driven applications and developer tooling.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Excellent judgment in making trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term technical health.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a bias for action in ambiguous situations.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Passion for building intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences at scale.</span></li></ul><br /><p style="color:!important"><span style="color:#1f4e79"><b>Tech Knowledge Required</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Deep mastery of React including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, state management, routing, Server Components, and reusable component architecture.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong experience with state management and data-fetching libraries such as Zustand, TanStack Query, and TanStack Router.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Hands-on experience designing and maintaining frontend build systems using Webpack, Vite, Turborepo, or similar tooling.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Deep expertise in mobile-first web development, cross-browser compatibility</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming patterns.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Proficiency with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes at scale.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Extensive experience with testing strategies including unit, integration, and E2E testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright; integrated with CI/CD for continuous quality assurance.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Experience using and evaluating AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants to accelerate development workflows.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Expertise in web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse), accessibility standards (WCAG), and observability (logging, tracing, alerting).</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) and Agile/Scrum practices.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures, Module Federation, and design systems.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="color:#000000">Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Python) and cloud platforms (OCI) is a strong plus.</span></li></ul><br /><p><span style="color:#1f4e79"><b>Why You&#39;ll Love Us</b></span></p><ul><li><span style="color:#000000"><b>We’ve evolved:</b> We provide three work environment scenarios.
