This is a role that will allow you to surge on the company’s most important, least-defined problems, partnering directly with senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves with teams across Commercial, Infrastructure, Product, GTM, Finance, IT and Operations.</p> <p>As a Droid, you’ll help shape and pressure-test critical business decisions, and you will have ownership over the implementation and success over the chosen courses of action. This is an execution-centric role. One month you might be designing the operating model for a new region launch; the next you could be ensuring visibility over our supply chain security, after which you could take on workforce modelling to enable our break-neck speed of growth, before untangling a cross-functional bottleneck that is slowing the business down.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who combines sharp analytical thinking with hands-on execution, and who is excited to help build the operating backbone of a company at an early and formative stage.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <table width="681"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="681"> <p><strong>What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)</strong></p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="681"> <h3><strong>Strategy & Problem Solving</strong></h3> <p>● Work directly with leadership to frame, analyse, and solve Nscale’s highest-priority strategic and operational challenges.<br><br></p> <p>● Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses, options, and clear recommendations.<br><br></p> <p>● Support key growth initiatives, including market expansion, capacity planning, and organisational scaling.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>Execution & Ownership</strong></h3> <p>● Own end-to-end delivery of critical projects, from initial concept through to execution and impact.<br><br></p> <p>● Translate strategy into concrete action plans with clear owners, milestones, and success metrics.<br><br></p> <p>● Always be an operator — driving momentum, unblocking teams, and ensuring follow-through.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>Cross-Functional Enablement</strong></h3> <p>● Act as a connective tissue across all functions, including People, Product, Commercial, Infrastructure, Finance, and Operations.<br><br></p> <p>● Build alignment across teams with different incentives, timelines, and constraints.<br><br></p> <p>● Create clarity and alignment across the organisation behind the right decisions.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></h3> <p>● Identify gaps in processes, tooling, or information flow that slow execution or obscure decision-making.<br><br></p> <p>● Design and implement systems, workflows, or frameworks that improve how Nscale runs.<br><br></p> <p>● Help institutionalise best practices while preserving speed and flexibility appropriate for an early-stage company.<br><br></p> <h3><strong>Learning & Adaptation</strong></h3> <p>● Rapidly develop context across Nscale’s business model, cost drivers, infrastructure stack, and customer use cases.<br><br></p> <p>● Continuously refine your approach based on what works (and what doesn’t) in a fast-changing environment.<br><br></p> <p>● Act as a thought partner to leaders, challenging assumptions with data and first-principles thinking.<br><br></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p> </p> <table width="679"> <thead> <tr> <td width="679"> <p><strong>About You (Skills / Qualifications)</strong></p> </td> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr> <td width="679"> <p>● 4–8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, investment, or high-growth technology environments where you have driven outsized outcomes.<br><br></p> <p>● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems.<br><br></p> <p>● Proven track record of owning initiatives end-to-end and driving them to measurable outcomes.</p> <p>● Drawn to learning and using new technologies, and getting hands on keyboard.
