You have experience designing for web and have an exceptional portfolio that showcases a breadth of product design work. You also have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience designing for enterprise, or have solved for very complex experiences</li> <li>Experience collaborating with product manager and engineers in an agile environment</li> <li>Strong curiosity to learn from others</li> <li>An appetite and appreciation for feedback from stakeholders and peers</li> <li>Led user interviews and usability testing of your designs</li> <li>Great visual design skills</li> <li>The ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes</li> <li>Demonstrated experience contributing to strategic product visions</li> <li>Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills and can clearly articulate design decisions</li> </ul> <p>If you think you are qualified for this role but don’t tick every box, please apply for the role. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a compensation range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required.</p> <p>We offer a competitive base salary and benefits including: health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave benefits.
