Oriient’s hardware-free, plug & play solution enables fast and cost-effective deployments at scale, unlocking new capabilities based on high-accuracy positioning, AI, and large-scale data processing.</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>As a Senior iOS Developer you will be part of Oriient’s mobile team and be responsible for developing features both for our native SDKs and applications.</p><p>You will play a key role in a small team of top-notch developers, maturing the world's most advanced Indoor GPS platform with highly advanced real-time features as well as massive amounts of data.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Design, develop, and maintain</strong> high-quality iOS applications and a mobile SDK using <strong>Swift</strong></li><li><strong>Own end-to-end feature development</strong>, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, and release</li><li><strong>Architect scalable, modular SDK components</strong> with a strong focus on performance, stability, and backward compatibility</li><li><strong>Define and enforce best practices</strong> for iOS development, including architecture patterns, coding standards, and testing strategies</li><li><strong>Ensure SDK usability and developer experience</strong>, including clean APIs, documentation, and sample integrations</li><li><strong>Collaborate closely with product, backend, and QA teams</strong> to translate product requirements into robust technical solutions</li><li><strong>Maintain high code quality</strong> through code reviews, refactoring, and automated testing (unit, integration, and UI tests)</li><li><strong>Monitor and debug production issues</strong>, including crash analysis, performance metrics, and customer-reported issues</li><li><strong>Stay up to date with iOS platform changes</strong>, new Swift language features, and Apple ecosystem updates, and proactively apply relevant improvements</li></ul><p><br></p> <br><h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of professional iOS development experience</li><li>Deep knowledge of iOS platform fundamentals</li><li>Strong understanding of UIKit and/or SwiftUI, app lifecycle, memory management, concurrency, and system frameworks</li><li>Proven ability to design clean, stable APIs with a focus on backward compatibility and developer experience</li><li>Solid architectural skills</li><li>Experience with scalable iOS architectures (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture, modularization) and making pragmatic tradeoffs</li><li>Strong debugging, performance, and optimization skills</li><li>Experience analyzing crashes, performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and battery usage in production environments</li><li>High bar for code quality and testing</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li></ul><p><strong>Advantages</strong></p><ul><li>Startup or high-growth tech experience.</li><li>Experience designing and maintaining reusable libraries or SDKs</li><li>Experience with unit testing and integration testing, CI pipelines, and conducting effective code reviews</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>A high-impact role at the core of a rapidly growing technology company.</li><li>Dynamic, collaborative team environment with strong ownership culture.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>Flexible working hours and remote-work options.</li></ul>
