Responsabilidades Principales Desarrollo y Configuración Desarrollar componentes personalizados utilizando Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) y Visualforce. Crear y modificar estructuras JSON en Apex para integraciones o manejo de datos. Desarrollar desde cero componentes LWC, asegurando un rendimiento óptimo y el uso de mejores prácticas. Configurar funcionalidades nativas de Salesforce, incluyendo: Flows Process Builder Workflow Rules Realizar consultas avanzadas utilizando SOQL y SOSL. Integraciones y APIs Crear e integrar servicios REST y SOAP en Salesforce. Consumir y exponer endpoints para integración con sistemas internos y externos. Utilizar herramientas como Postman para pruebas de APIs. Pruebas, Calidad y Documentación Ejecutar pruebas unitarias y asegurar la cobertura mínima requerida por la organización. Proporcionar soporte en la corrección de errores o defectos reportados. Documentar desarrollos, configuraciones y flujos conforme a las políticas del banco. Colaboración y Metodología Ágil Colaborar estrechamente con analistas funcionales, testers y administradores de Salesforce. Participar en ceremonias Scrum, tales como dailies, planning, refinamiento, reviews y retrospectivas. Requisitos Técnicos Indispensables Experiencia en Salesforce Platform (Sales, Service o Experience Cloud).

Uso de: VS Code con Salesforce Extension Git para control de versiones Salesforce CLI Conocimiento y uso de REST y SOAP APIs. Pruebas con Postman. Deseable Experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios. Conocimientos básicos de DevOps aplicado a Salesforce (CI/CD, SFDX). Habilidades Blandas Comunicación efectiva, tanto oral como escrita.
