We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.</p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>The Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management works closely with stakeholders to support various project/program related tasks of varying sizes, as well as individual work on small scale projects, related to Oscar's delegated vendors.</p> <p>You will report into the Director, Network Contracting.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote</p> <p><strong>Pay Transparency: </strong>The base pay for this role is: <span data-sheets-root="1">$67,813</span> - <span data-sheets-root="1">$89,004</span> per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders</li> <li>Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.</li> <li>Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.</li> <li>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of relevant experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with claim testing and Quality Assurance (QA)</li> <li>Experience with ticketing system (such as Jira)</li> <li>Experience with payers offering ACA/health exchange insurance</li> <li>Experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is an authentic Oscar Health job opportunity.
