Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role serves as the first point of engagement for prospective customers and plays a critical role in helping manufacturers discover the value of Parsec’s manufacturing operations platform.</p> <p>Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, and Channel teams, this position directly contributes to new logo acquisition, customer expansion initiatives, and partner-generated pipeline.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Pipeline Development & Outbound Prospecting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.</li> <li>Research target accounts and identify buying committee stakeholders.</li> <li>Build and manage prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and related tools.</li> <li>Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Account Executives.</li> <li>Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account Engagement Programs (AEP) through personalized outreach.</li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM activity, meeting notes, and opportunity updates.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Inbound Lead Qualification</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Qualify leads from webinars, content downloads, demos, events, and digital programs.</li> <li>Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales teams.</li> <li>Ensure timely follow-up and adherence to established lead management SLAs.</li> <li>Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to Marketing.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Event & Executive Program Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support pre-event outreach campaigns to schedule meetings for trade shows and executive events.</li> <li>Participate in onsite lead qualification and engagement activities as needed.</li> <li>Execute structured post-event follow-up campaigns.</li> <li>Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize event-generated pipeline.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Partner & Customer Growth Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support partner-generated pipeline through coordinated outreach and follow-up.</li> <li>Assist with quarterly partner webinar promotion and partner engagement initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with Customer Marketing on customer webinar invitations, product adoption campaigns, and expansion initiatives.</li> <li>Identify potential expansion opportunities and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales resources.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Reporting & Process Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain high-quality CRM data and activity tracking.</li> <li>Report weekly on pipeline creation, meetings, activity metrics, and outreach performance.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvements in SDR playbooks, messaging, and sales development processes.</li> <li>Recommend improvements to outreach strategies based on prospect engagement and campaign performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li> <li>2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Lead Generation.</li> <li>Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders through outbound prospecting.</li> <li>Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Nice to Have, but Not Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience within manufacturing software, industrial automation, MES, ERP, SaaS, or enterprise technology.</li> <li>Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms.</li> <li>Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing programs.</li> <li>Trade show and event prospecting experience.</li> <li>Partner or channel marketing experience.</li> <li>Customer expansion or customer marketing experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Compensation / Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>$73,850–$94,950 annual base salary </li> <li>100% company-paid health insurance premiums for employee</li> <li>Flexible vacation time</li> <li>Outstanding team environment</li> <li>Remote work environment (Central Time Zone preferred)</li> </ul> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>Remote</p>
