What You’ll be Doing

You’ll lead TTEC’s employee communications function, defining the strategy, narrative, governance, and measurement approach that help employees understand the company’s direction and their role in its success. You’ll advise executive leaders, People & Culture, and business teams on communication priorities across regions, channels, and key business moments.

As a senior communication leader, you’ll anticipate communication risks, guide transformation messaging, and equip leaders to communicate with consistency and confidence.
