We handle much of the administrative work around licensing, credentialing, technology, and care delivery so you can focus on your patients.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older.</li> <li>Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.</li> <li>Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.</li> <li>Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance use conditions.</li> <li>Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to support whole-person care.</li> <li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems.</li> <li>Deliver care through telehealth while building strong, trusted relationships with patients and care teams.</li> <li>Contribute to behavioral health programs that continue to evolve with the needs of the communities we serve.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license<strong> (Arizona)</strong></li> <li>Active DEA registration</li> <li><strong>At least three years of clinical experience</strong>, preferably in community-based behavioral health</li> <li>Experience providing psychiatric medication management</li> <li>Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment</li> <li>Commitment to full-time practice</li> <li>Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills</li> <li>Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What Defines a Peregrine Health PMHNP</strong></span></p> <p>You believe behavioral healthcare should be accessible, coordinated, and centered on meaningful patient outcomes.</p> <p>You make confident, evidence-based clinical decisions while valuing interdisciplinary collaboration.
