Solution Design</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Enterprise Account Executives throughout complex technical sales engagements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer architectures, security challenges, compliance requirements, and modernization initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Design technical solutions aligned with customer cloud-native environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build customized demonstrations addressing customer-specific use cases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead architecture discussions around Kubernetes, containers, software supply chain security, and cloud infrastructure.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Proof of Concept Leadership</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Design and execute successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).</p> </li> <li> <p>Guide customer engineering teams through deployment and validation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive successful technical outcomes that accelerate sales cycles.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Technical Evangelism</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Present RapidFort's platform to audiences ranging from DevSecOps engineers to executive leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrate the business impact of vulnerability remediation, attack surface reduction, and software supply chain security.</p> </li> <li> <p>Educate customers on modern cloud-native security best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Represent RapidFort at customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, and industry events.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Security &amp; Compliance Consulting</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Advise customers on Kubernetes security, container security, software supply chain security, and vulnerability management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Consult on compliance initiatives including FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST, STIG, CIS Benchmarks, and SOC 2.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help customers understand how RapidFort accelerates compliance while improving developer productivity.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Cross-Functional Leadership</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to influence product direction.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide customer feedback that shapes future platform capabilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create technical collateral, competitive positioning, and enablement content.</p> </li> <li> <p>Mentor junior Solutions Engineers as the team grows.</p> </li> </ul> <hr> <h1>What You'll Bring</h1> <h2>Technical Expertise</h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>7+ years</strong> in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales supporting enterprise cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong expertise with:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Kubernetes</p> </li> <li> <p>Docker</p> </li> <li> <p>Linux</p> </li> <li> <p>Containers &amp; OCI Images</p> </li> <li> <p>Cloud-native architectures</p> </li> <li> <p>CI/CD pipelines</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Deep understanding of:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Container image construction</p> </li> <li> <p>Multi-stage Docker builds</p> </li> <li> <p>Image optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Kubernetes deployments</p> </li> <li> <p>Infrastructure automation</p> </li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Software Supply Chain Security</p> </li> <li> <p>SBOMs</p> </li> <li> <p>Vulnerability Management</p> </li> <li> <p>CVEs</p> </li> <li> <p>Container Security</p> </li> <li> <p>DevSecOps</p> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2>Sales Experience</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles exceeding six months.</p> </li> <li> <p>Demonstrated success using MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to communicate equally effectively with engineers, architects, CISOs, and executive leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting seven-figure enterprise opportunities is highly desirable.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Communication &amp;
