<div><div><p data-pasted="true"><strong>Job Title: </strong><span style="white-space:pre;"><strong> </strong> </span>Regional Sales Director<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span></p><p><strong>Department:</strong> <span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Sales<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span></p><p><strong>Reports To:</strong> <span style="white-space:pre;"> Chief Customer Officer</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>POSITION OVERVIEW</u></strong></p><p>Regional Sales Director position reporting to the Chief Customer Officer; responsible for meeting and/ or exceeding sales objectives for assigned sales division; plans, implements, executes, and evaluates strategies for continued growth of dollar sales and profit. Manages activity and performance of Business Development Managers through coaching, training and leadership activities; establishes and improves relationships with customers to strengthen organizational awareness and loyalty of products and company; demonstrates high level of integrity and accountability through leadership activities with Business Development Managers, customers and internal departments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>LOCATION</u></strong></p><p>The RSD is remote based within the Northwest region. This position will require travel nationwide as needed; travel is estimated at 65%.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></u></p><p><br></p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Develops, implements and executes plans to achieve sales team goals within the approved national sales team plan.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Establishes sales objectives, territory alignment and resource allocations as appropriate.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Directs all phases of sales management including but not limited to recruiting, training, motivating, supervision, market coverage, performance evaluation, compensation, establishing budgets, reviewing promotional programs and activity reports.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Supervises all aspects of field sales activities through Business Development Managers, including contact with physicians, office staff, and customers, conducting sales meetings, field testing and evaluating marketing programs, editing and reviewing training programs and analyzing sales by product, by account and total sales.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Provides regular reporting of sales results, sales trends, individual performance and forecast projections to appropriate levels of management.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Works with Marketing, Commercial Operations and other in-house departments to develop sales programs and promotions for company products.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and products, provide regular progress updates to various groups in the home office, and respond to requests for information regarding regional business. Also monitor and control expenditures of region to meet budgetary requirements. </p><p><br></p><p><em>Supervisory Responsibilities</em></p><p><br></p><p>Regional Sales Director directly supervises 8 to 12 Business Development Managers and supports the sales activities of Business Development Managers as well as managing customer relationships. RSD will carry out supervisory and customer responsibilities in accordance with company policies and all applicable laws. </p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></u></p><p><br></p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Minimum five (5) years of experience in, Skincare, Medical, Pharmaceutical or B to B sales, with preferred two (2) years managing direct reports </p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Successful track record in at least one of the following areas highly preferred: Marketing, Trade, Sales Training, and/or National Accounts </p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Ability to travel overnight as needed. Overnight travel estimated at 65%</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Budget management experience </p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Excellent communication and presentation skills</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability via strong leadership track record </p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Must be proficient with MS Office, Windows, and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Must possess a valid driver’s license</p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>Ability to operate a motor vehicle </p><p>•<span style="white-space:pre;"> </span>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div>
