<p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Location: </span></strong><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Flexible, with preferred locations including Chicago, IL; Ashland, VA; Pompano Beach, FL; Phoenix, AZ; and Huntington Beach, CA.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Position Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Lead enterprise demand planning, statistical forecasting, commercial forecast enrichment, and consensus planning</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Own and continuously improve the monthly Demand Review, Executive S&amp;OP, and Integrated Business Planning processes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing Demand Planning and S&amp;OP organization</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Optimize inventory and working capital while balancing service expectations, supply constraints, and growth priorities</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Lead inventory planning for new products, promotions, seasonal programs, and portfolio changes</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Develop strategic supplier planning and CPFR partnerships that improve forecast visibility, replenishment, and supply continuity</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Travel up to 25%</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Other projects or duties as assigned</span></li></ul> <p style="margin: 0in;"><span><strong><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Required Education and Experience:</span></strong></span><span><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">&nbsp;</span></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 13 plus years of specific experience and 8 plus years of leadership experience</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Preferred Education and Experience:</span></strong></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">Master&rsquo;s Degree</span></li></ul> <br><Strong>Benefits</strong><br><br>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
