Using our commerce, marketing, and delivery solutions, our customers create optimized consumer shopping journeys from beginning to end.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Overview </strong></p> <p>As an <strong>Advertising Account Manager</strong>, you will own the day-to-day planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing and retail media campaigns across a portfolio of enterprise and strategic clients in a variety of channels. You will serve as a subject matter expert on retail media platforms, digital advertising strategies, and/or performance metrics. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to align media tactics to business goals, while working cross-functionally to ensure accurate campaign setup, timely execution, and actionable insights. Your skillset ideally spans the ability to be a hands-on campaign manager within key channels while also elevating to own the client health and overall relationship on the channels that you own.</p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a portfolio of client accounts overseeing the strategy, planning execution and optimization of digital and retail media campaigns across major digital marketing and retail media platforms.</li> <li>Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies that drive performance and measurable outcomes.</li> <li>Set up, monitor, and optimize campaign performance, managing budgets, bids, and ad creatives.</li> <li>Leverage deep knowledge of Rithum’s platform and tools to optimize client programs and outcomes.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor, expanding relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers while providing regular reporting and insights to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.</li> <li>Partner with Client Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact media programs.</li> <li>Create, present and execute media strategies to a variety of clients in different product categories.</li> <li>Stay up to date with digital marketing and retail media trends, ad formats, and platform capabilities.</li> <li>Educate clients on industry best practices and platform changes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p>Minimum Qualifications </p> <ul> <li>2+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic advertising plans, with measurable success in improving client performance.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with major platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Walmart Connect.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategies.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to generate insights on performance, channel health, and industry trends to guide client strategy.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and clients alike.</li> <li>Experience working collaboratively on large teams and managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage and forecast advertising budgets, making data driven decisions to maximize efficiency and achieve performance targets across campaigns.</li> <li>Strong AI fluency, with experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows and processes to drive efficiency, enhance analysis, and scale impact.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li> <li>3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, media buying, or ecommerce advertising.</li> <li>Experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and attribution models.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Travel Required</strong></p> <p>Up to 10%</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Other Duties</strong></p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
