<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Position:</span> Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist</p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Location:</span> Portugal (Remote)</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Role Overview</span></p> <p>Rove Concepts and Rove Next are seeking an experienced Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns across both brands, helping drive customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.</p> <p>The ideal candidate enjoys creating personalized customer experiences, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously improving customer journeys through data-driven marketing.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">What You'll Do</span></p> <ul> <li>Execute email marketing campaigns across Rove Concepts and Rove Next.<br></li> <li>Build, maintain, and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and retention flows.<br></li> <li>Develop customer segmentation to deliver personalized marketing experiences.<br></li> <li>Work closely with the Creative and E-Commerce teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.<br></li> <li>Create, test, and optimize email content, subject lines, layouts, and calls-to-action.<br></li> <li>Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.<br></li> <li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.<br></li> <li>Maintain email marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.<br></li> <li>Stay up to date with email marketing, CRM, and lifecycle marketing best practices.</li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-weight: bold">What You'll Need</span></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing within an e-commerce business.<br></li> <li>Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.<br></li> <li>Strong understanding of customer segmentation, marketing automation, and lifecycle campaigns.<br></li> <li>Basic HTML knowledge for email editing is considered an asset.<br></li> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills.<br></li> <li>Excellent communication and attention to detail.</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p>Only selected applicants who meet the requirements of the role will be contacted.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Rove Concepts and Rove Next welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
