Required Skills / Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
5+ years’ experience in a directly related accounting role
Experience managing a team of 5+ employees
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated experience with process documentation, including identifying and implementing process improvements
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines
Well-developed written and oral communications skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

CPA license a plus
Pharmacy benefit industry experience preferred
