Salary: $82,212 - $86,180 per annum

This role allows for flexibility to work from any of our BHFLHN sites by negotiation, or the ability to work remotely, and benefit from the work-life balance this provides.

An experienced administrator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and detail-oriented professional who takes initiative, works independently, and maintains a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive and confidential information.
A strong communicator and relationship builder who can effectively liaise with managers, staff, Human Resources, Payroll, and external stakeholders across the health network.
A compliance-focused individual with experience maintaining records, monitoring workforce requirements, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislative obligations.
A collaborative team player who is committed to continuous improvement, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You will……….

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce administration activities to support the timely engagement of nursing and midwifery staff across the network.
Monitor and maintain workforce compliance requirements, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with SA Health policies and legislative standards.
Provide high-level administrative support to the Nurse Manager and Central Staffing team, including preparing reports, correspondence, meeting documentation, and business records.
Build effective relationships with managers, staff, Human Resources, Payroll, and external stakeholders to deliver responsive and customer-focused staffing support services.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to service enhancements, helping to streamline workflows, strengthen compliance practices, and improve the onboarding experience.
