Role Description The Commercial Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and execution excellence across an assigned region, segment, or business for Samsung HME. This role provides direct leadership to sales teams and/or dealer partners and serves as a key link between field execution and enterprise strategy across all DR modalities. The Commercial Leader is accountable for achieving a monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasted quota, forecast accuracy, consistent execution of commercial strategy, development and retention of top commercial talent to support both near-term performance and long-term growth. Key duties and responsibilities, other duties may be assigned: * Business & Revenue Leadership * Own regional or segment revenue performance, market share growth, and profitability * Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company objectives and modality priorities * Drive consistent execution of sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor * Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data to track activity, improve visibility, and support forecast accuracy * Partner with senior leadership on annual planning, target setting, and resource allocation * Support local and national trade shows and key customer events as required to drive visibility, relationships, and business growth * TEAM & TALENT LEADERSHIP * Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives and Dealer Representatives and other commercial roles, including performance management and career development * Build high-performing, accountable dealer teams with a strong culture of ownership and collaboration * Onboard and retain top commercial talent * Dealer & Channel Management * Lead and optimize dealer and channel partner performance where applicable * Establish clear expectations, governance, and accountability with partners * Align dealer strategies with company goals, pricing discipline, and customer experience standards * CUSTOMER & DEAL LEADERSHIP * Engage with key customers and executive stakeholders to support strategic opportunities and complex negotiations * Provide deal-level guidance on pricing, structure, and competitive positioning * Ensure customer needs, capital planning, and long-term partnerships are effectively supported * CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION * Partner with Clinical, Marketing, Service, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success * Act as the voice of the field, providing feedback to inform product, process, and go-to-market improvements. * MARKET & PERFORMANCE INSIGHT * Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regional performance metrics * Provide clear, data-driven reporting and insights to senior leadership * COMPLIANCE & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS * Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, and ethical standards * Maintain good standing with all required vendor credentialing platforms (e.g., Reptrax, VendorMate) * Model professionalism and integrity consistent with Samsung values Qualifications and Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience * BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred * 5+ years of people leadership experience. * 10+ Year of Experience in Med-Tech capital sales * Experience with 3rd party vendor/contractor agreement * Experience with managing a dealer network * Ability to act in an autonomous role with little, if any, management direction.
