In the office, we aim to create a supportive environment where individuals are encouraged to work together to problem-solve for our clients. </p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p>We are seeking an <strong>Associate Creative Director of Social</strong> who will be a key player on our social team, responsible for developing, pitching, and executing timely, social-first, and trend based content. </p> <p>This role focuses on strategic social media listening, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results for some of the world's leading brands.</p> <p>The ACD of Social will lead social media asset creation, develop platform-specific content series, and drive measurable engagement across current and emerging social platforms. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on social media creative skills to ensure our clients' social presence aligns with their broader marketing objectives.</p> <p><strong>Location and Salary</strong></p> <p>This is a full-time role with a salary of $120,000-$145,000, depending on experience. This is a contract position through the end of 2026, with the possibility of extending into a permanent role. This is a remote role that must work EST hours.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead social media strategic content development and execution for varying clients</li> <li>Ideate high performing real-time social media creative that engages audiences </li> <li>Execute platform-specific creative for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and/or YouTube Shorts that maximize native engagement and leverage each platform's unique features</li> <li>Provide creative recommendations and optimization plans based on performance data and industry benchmarks</li> <li>Monitor and analyze cultural trends, breaking news, and platform updates to inform creative development and identify opportunities</li> <li>Oversee and manage client social media accounts in partnership with other departments, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives</li> <li>Serve as the social point of contact for daily client communications, creating and implementing internal and external solutions as needed</li> <li>Create and manage editorial calendars that support brand and campaign initiatives</li> <li>Support content publishing and community management across social platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and engagement standards</li> <li>Support in presenting strategies and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Lead, manage, mentor more junior social media or content creator staff</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 7-8 years of experience in social media creative development and social media marketing with at least half in a senior or ACD-equivalent role</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media creative</li> <li>Incredible social-first, fast creative execution that earns high engagement</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok especially)</li> <li>Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Sprout, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite)</li> <li>Excellence in project management and meeting deadlines</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build and grow social media audiences</li> <li>Deep understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific requirements</li> <li>Expert Adobe suite mastery</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, generous vacation, and great opportunities for growth within the company.</p> <p>--<br>Saylor is an equal opportunity employer.
