<h2>Overview:</h2><p>SOFTSWISS is hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist responsible for the comprehensive administration of payroll and HR processes, as well as the accurate and timely calculation of salaries.</p><h2>Purpose of the Role:</h2><p>You’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by maintaining HR and payroll data, calculating remuneration, and managing statutory settlements and reporting.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li><p><span>Maintain and supervise the accuracy of HR and payroll data used for salary calculations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare payroll lists and calculate remuneration for employees and contractors, including allowances, benefits, and deductions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Administer Employee Capital Plans (PPK), including calculating contributions and preparing settlements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and electronically submit settlement documents, declarations, and reports to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Tax Office, PFRON, and other institutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Respond to employees’ questions and complaints regarding calculated remuneration, and issue employment and employment relationship certificates at employees’ requests.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor changes in labour law, social insurance regulations, and personal income tax regulations, and apply them in practice.</span></p></li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li><p><span>At least 10 years of professional experience in HR and payroll.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Very good knowledge of labour law, social insurance regulations, personal income tax, and settlement procedures with ZUS, the Tax Office, and PFRON.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Practical experience in calculating remuneration for employees and contractors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good command of English, enabling fluent communication in a professional environment and work with documentation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Accuracy, diligence, a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to organise work independently and meet deadlines, strong communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.</span></p></li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li><p>Private health insurance</p></li><li><p>Sports benefits</p></li><li><p>Comprehensive Mental Health Program</p></li><li><p>Free English lessons (online)</p></li><li><p>Local language courses</p></li><li><p>Paid time off</p></li><li><p>Maternity leave support</p></li><li><p>Referral program rewards</p></li><li><p>Upskilling, internal workshops, and participation in professional conferences and corporate events</p></li></ul>
