About the Role We are seeking a high performing Senior Account Sales Executive to drive growth within our Pacific Northwest territory. This individual will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing, and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with a proven record of exceeding quota, operating independently, and building strong regional market presence. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions * Manage and grow a defined geographic territory in our Pacific Northwest territory, including enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts. * Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing. * Build a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to position our solutions effectively. * Develop and execute territory plans that exceed revenue targets and expand market penetration. * Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account documentation in CRM tools. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to support customer engagement and retention. * Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings within the territory. * Provide ongoing feedback to leadership regarding competitive landscape and opportunities for organizational improvement. Qualifications * 5+ years of quota carrying‑ sales experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, technology, healthcare, or similar consultative sales environments. * Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets. * Experience selling into multi‑stakeholder decision environments. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * Ability to operate independently in a remote, field based‑ role. * Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and solution value. * Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest region (up to 40–50%). * Must reside in Florida or Georgia. Pay Transparency Statement Staritas posts compensation ranges and benefits for all open roles. The compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation offered will depend on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.
