Sunward lives here, works here, grows here. </p><p>Clark County has a diverse, vibrant growing community. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Experience and Education</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum three years’ experience originating mortgage loans.</li><li>Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Thorough understanding of mortgage lending fundamentals and regulations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mortgage products.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate lending related topics clearly and succinctly to others.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Familiar and comfortable with information technology, particularly digital means of communication.</li><li>Strong organizational skills in managing multiple initiatives.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work individually and as a team.</li><li>Ability to keep and maintain pass requirements for SAFE ACT.</li><li>Current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to become registered upon employment.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements/Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Frequent travel.</li><li>Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times.</li></ul><p><br/></p>
