As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear insights that guide strategic decisions. You will collaborate across teams, analyze trends, and deliver reporting tools that strengthen performance and support organizational growth. Responsibilities Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Administration to understand key performance drivers and incorporate reporting needs into projects. Promote a collaborative, customer-focused approach when partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Work with sales and operations teams to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements. Create executive-level presentation materials summarizing project findings and key metrics. Extract, analyze, and interpret operational and financial datasets to identify trends and root-cause drivers. Prepare accurate reporting metrics and ensure timely delivery of scheduled reports. Develop, maintain, and deploy Power BI dashboards supporting operational and sales teams. Reconcile data across systems and identify discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet applications. SQL skills. Preferred Qualifications Ability to interpret complex data and present insights for executive audiences. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,000 - 113,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
