Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service.</p><p></p><p><b>Hours:</b> Monday- Friday, rotating shift between 8am-5:30pm EST<br /> </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries.</p></li><li><p>Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist.</p></li><li><p>Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records.</p></li><li><p>Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision.</p></li><li><p>Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.</p></li><li><p>Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.<br /><br /><b>Skills & Abilities:</b></p></li><li><p>Strong customer service and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.</p></li><li><p>Works well independently and in a team environment.</p></li><li><p>Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.<br /><br /><b>Requirements:</b></p></li><li><p>High School diploma or GED.</p></li><li><p>At least 1 years related customer service experience within a healthcare environment</p></li><li><p>Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.</p></li><li><p>Prior specialty healthcare experience desired.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>As part of Evernorth Health Services, this role supports CarepathRx within </p><p>our Pharmacy and Care Delivery organization.
