(including but not limited to):The Senior Project Manager is critical in overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of high-priority strategic, system transformational, or major/complex foundational and operational projects for the Texas Oncology network. The project manager plays an integral role in driving critical business initiatives by directly partnering with strategic leadership teams, senior executives, operational leaders, and providers across the enterprise.  Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to): <ul><li>Works autonomously to drive results, implement changes, and track the impacts of project work. </li><li>Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, decisions, success measures, and estimated resources needed.</li><li>Ensures that projects remain in scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.</li><li>Creates, manages, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets.</li><li>Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders.</li><li>Communicates routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback.</li><li>Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules.</li><li>Sets and monitors project budgets and staffing requirements.</li><li>Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements.</li><li>Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.</li><li>Establishes key project criteria metrics.</li><li>Develops project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plans.</li><li>Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.</li><li>Documents project information, risks, assumptions, actions, issues, and decisions.</li><li>Timely identification, escalation, and management of risks and issues impacting the success of the project.</li><li>Resolves technical and operational issues as required.</li></ul> Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:   <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field</li></ul>OrAssociate’s Degree + four (4) years of related work experienceOrHigh School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience<ul><li>Five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services. </li><li>Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally-facing products or services. </li><li>PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization. </li><li>Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.</li></ul>Competencies: <ul><li>Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Strong grasp of current communication, project tracking, and budget management technologies.</li><li>Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups.</li><li>Knowledge and experience of with different project management frameworks, including waterfall and agile.</li><li>Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.-Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies.</li><li>Willingness to mentor more junior team members and share knowledge.</li><li>Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.</li></ul>Physical Demands:  : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:  

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field

Associate’s Degree + four (4) years of related work experience

High School diploma or equivalent and eight (8) years of related work experience

Five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.
Experience in managing delivery of customer-facing and internally-facing products or services.
PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software programs.

Competencies:

Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation.
