<p>Description</p><p>We are looking for a leader and an experienced Behavior analyst to join our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. <strong>Due to state billing requirements, candidates for this remote position must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks).</strong> </p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Qualities that fit this opportunity</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks)</strong></li><li>Must have obtained a professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)</li><li>Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required </li><li>1 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience, preferred </li><li>Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred </li><li>Self-motivated, not afraid of hard work </li><li>Takes initiative </li><li>Problem-solver </li><li>Efficient and dedicated to getting things done </li><li>Positive perspective </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li><li>Collaborative team player </li></ul><p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents. </li><li>Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery. </li><li>Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale. </li><li>Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity. </li><li>Collaborate with other team members. </li></ul><p><strong>Settings/Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Monday to Friday, no weekends </li><li>Day Shift</li><li>Clinics</li><li>Schools</li><li>Daycares</li><li>Headstarts</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits that set us apart - Exceptional earnings potential!
