Beyond platform maintenance, this role focuses on modernizing government service by designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions that transform constituent interactions. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to implement customized, scalable, and compliant Salesforce solutions that directly support Federal agencies.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Custom Development:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Design, build, and configure Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to equip external constituents and users with custom actions to resolve complex inquiries.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Constituent Portals:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Build, customize, and maintain Experience Cloud sites to deliver secure, accessible self-service portals, constituent-facing engagement platforms, and digital experiences.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Portal Automation & Workflows:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Implement business logic, custom components, and automated workflows within Experience Cloud in compliance with Federal standards.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">System Integration:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Build secure API integrations between legacy Federal systems and Experience Cloud portals to ensure accurate, real-time data access for external users.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Solution Design & Collaboration:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Work alongside BAs and Architects to translate complex mission requirements into secure, high-impact technical architectures on Experience Cloud.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Quality & Compliance:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Participate in code reviews, debug complex issues, and support UAT testing while strictly adhering to Federal security protocols.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">DevSecOps & CI/CD:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to enable rapid, reliable deployments in cleared Federal environments.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Experience:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, Experience Cloud, and secure REST/SOAP API integrations.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Domain Expertise:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Demonstrated experience configuring, extending, and building custom Experience Cloud sites, portals, and constituent-facing digital solutions.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Core Automation:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Proven track record of implementing complex business logic, enterprise workflows, and custom platform automations.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Federal Context:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy Federal systems and navigating cleared, highly regulated environments.</span></li><li class=""><strong style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Development Tools & Methodologies:</strong><span style="color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> Proficiency with Git, secure coding standards, and DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines.
