This role is crucial for ensuring Thunder’s integration strategies are secure, scalable, and aligned with mission objectives and agency compliance standards.</span></div><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Design and document comprehensive, end-to-end integration architectures and API strategies using MuleSoft to connect various Federal systems (on-premise, cloud, legacy).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Ensure all integration designs comply with relevant Federal security standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, ATO requirements) and data compliance policies.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Anypoint Monitoring, Splunk, AppDynamics) to ensure operational resilience.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Design and maintain integration patterns that align with Zero Trust Architecture, Federal Identity, and ICAM initiatives.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Design and support CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments aligned with agency DevSecOps standards.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to validate requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical designs.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Mentor and guide technical development teams on MuleSoft best practices, security protocols, and performance tuning.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Support pre-sales activities, including the development of integration strategies, technical proposal writing, and effort estimation for Federal engagements.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Conduct technical reviews and audits to ensure solutions meet architectural standards and security requirements.</span></li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">7+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with 3+ years specifically in a Solution/Integration Architect role using</span><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> MuleSoft.</strong><ul><li class=""><em style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Knowledge of integrating MuleSoft with </em><strong style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"><em>Salesforce Government Cloud </em></strong><em style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">or other COTS/SaaS products is preferred.</em></li></ul></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);"> 3+ years of experience working on Federal or Public Sector integration programs, spanning hybrid deployments that include AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, or on-premise data centers.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Deep understanding of integration design patterns, API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, and common Federal security standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, ATO process).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Experience with PKI, TLS, and key/certificate management within federal environments.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Proven ability to lead technical design workshops and clearly communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical Federal stakeholders.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Collaborate effectively within a multi-vendor environment, coordinating with diverse contractors, government leads, and systems integrators to ensure seamless interoperability and project success.</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Must be a U.S. Citizen (required).</span></li><li class=""><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(107, 36, 178);">Willingness to attain a U.S. Security Clearance (e.g., Public Trust, Secret) as required by specific projects.
