<p>Description</p><p><br/></p><p>Tilson is looking for a <strong>Junior Support Developer</strong> to help maintain, support, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions. If you have foundational development and database skills and a passion for problem-solving, this is your opportunity to learn from senior technical experts and make an impact.</p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day technical support for internally developed and third-party business applications. </li><li>Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries, including SELECT statements, JOINs, filtering, aggregation, and data validation. </li><li>Support and maintain internal and external web applications and websites, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. </li><li>Assist with development, configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting of construction management and homebuilding software. </li><li>Support Microsoft SharePoint, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, pages, forms, and business processes. </li><li>Assist with application integrations involving SQL databases, APIs, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems. </li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of software development principles and relational database management systems.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical thinking and technical troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance existing application code. </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.</li></ul><p>This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package including company vehicle, medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, HSA accounts, 401(k), paid holidays/time off, and much more!
