We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.</p> <hr> <p> </p></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>The Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis will play a key role on the Finance team and will drive strategic decisions through insightful financial planning, reporting, and business analytics. This position will lead the FP&A function at Trace3 and partner closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with significant experience in a management role.</p> <p><strong>SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the coordination and development of the annual budget across all departments, resulting in annual consolidated company and business level targets.</li> <li>Preparation of material for monthly leadership reviews and quarterly Board and lender meetings; providing direct support to the CEO and CFO.</li> <li>Support strategic initiatives with ad hoc modeling requiring in depth understanding of the Company business, strong business acumen, and creation of sometimes complex financial models.</li> <li>Lead team in development of monthly P&L variance analysis, data driven analytics of key leading indicators, and preparation of executive commentary.</li> <li>Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a timely and accurate financial month-end close for consolidated and line of business results.</li> <li>Collaboration with business leaders to provide financial insights, support business initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.</li> <li>Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and business leads, providing insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Support reporting for, and integration of, merger and acquisition activity.</li> <li>Manage a team of FP&A professionals, including analysts and managers, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related major required.</li> <li>A minimum of 10 years of work experience in financial analysis or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a high performing team.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; experience with NetSuite is preferred.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills are critical for success.</li> <li>Outstanding analytical skills and a proven ability to connect data analysis with business outcomes.</li> <li>Proven ability to build a high performing team and provide clear leadership in a rapidly changing and largely remote environment.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented individuals, able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.</li> <li>Ability to approach internal and external requests with a proactive and consultative outlook; commitment to listen to and understand business partners’ needs.</li> <li>Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
