At True Rx Health Strategists, we're looking for a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our team and help us transform healthcare through comprehensive, value-based nutritional care.</p> <p>The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for performing a variety of specialized duties related to the nutrition counseling of patients / families for Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) diet education for complex medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease. The primary emphasis is&nbsp;to serve our clients and members with comprehensive, value based, nutritional care to achieve definitive outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life.&nbsp;</p> <p>100% Remote</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>One-on-One Counseling:</strong> Provide extensive nutritional and lifestyle education to patients via telehealth to enhance their health and reduce healthcare costs.</li> <li><strong>Sustainable Weight Loss:</strong> Work closely with patients to achieve and maintain healthy weight loss.</li> <li><strong>Resource Education:</strong> Guide patients to appropriate community resources to support their health journey.</li> <li><strong>Outcome Evaluation:</strong> Assess nutritional and lifestyle outcomes, developing impactful reports to track progress.</li> <li><strong>Clinical Recommendations:</strong> Formulate and communicate clinical recommendations and visit summaries to healthcare providers and patients.</li> <li><strong>Barrier Identification:</strong> Proactively identify and address barriers to effective patient care.</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Development:</strong> Partner with departments to leverage technology and health information for better patient outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Client Reporting:</strong> Deliver clinical reports and presentations in partnership with the account manager, educating clients on their benefit plans.</li> <li><strong>Program Implementation:</strong> Educate clients on clinical programs and solutions to increase adoption and implementation.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership:</strong> Plan, organize, and direct responsibilities as delegated by the Clinical Innovation Pharmacist.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; Registered Dietitian Certification (CDR); State Certification or Licensure.</li> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Strong work experience counseling individuals in an outpatient setting with complex disease states to prevent complications.</li> <li><strong>Knowledgeable:</strong> Familiarity with current treatment standards and options for common metabolic conditions, including diabetes and obesity.</li> <li><strong>Communicator:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li><strong>Tech-Savvy:</strong> Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience creating and updating Excel spreadsheets.</li> <li><strong>Independent Worker:</strong> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li> <li><strong>Patient Advocate:</strong> Skilled in identifying patient diet/lifestyle barriers and developing strategies to overcome them.</li> <li><strong>Motivational Interviewing:</strong> Significant experience in patient education and engagement.</li> <li><strong>Willing to Travel:</strong> Travel as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>True Rx Health Strategist Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Path to Wellness:</strong> Health, Vision, &amp; Dental Insurance, Health Savings Account, and Wellness Incentives for a balanced life.</li> <li><strong>Financial Fitness:</strong> 401k Matching and Employer-Provided Life Insurance to secure your future.</li> <li><strong>Work-Life Harmony:</strong> Flex Time, Hybrid/Fully Remote Work, Paid Time Off, and 8 Paid Holidays for a well-rounded lifestyle.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Story:</strong><br />We&rsquo;ve been pharmacy innovators since the Wright Brothers took flight.
