Required Qualifications:

1+ years of experience with SLOs and alerting

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
CI/CD exposure
Infrastructure as code exposure
Incident response experience
Automation development experience
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or practical experience applying automation to improve operational efficiency
