You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft effective strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process for roles in sales, marketing, and customer success.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles in the US, with a focus on sales.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft job descriptions, and create tailored hiring strategies.</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li><li>Leverage data to track recruitment metrics and drive process improvements.</li></ul><p><br/></p> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul><li>5+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles, in the cybersecurity industry.</li><li>Proven expertise in hiring for US-based roles and understanding of the market.</li><li>Experience in recruiting for cloud security roles or familiarity with the cloud security domain.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.</li><li>Resourceful and self-motivated, with a track record of finding creative solutions to hiring challenges.</li></ul>
