As the Program Management Lead for Emerging Markets, you will own a portfolio of market launches and ongoing retail operations, bringing strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and operational rigor to help us scale into new geographies.<br><br>This is a Remote 6 month Fixed-term opportunity.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement the operational support structure the core Retail Americas team needs to execute an ambitious roadmap across LATAM, Canada, and select emerging U.S. channel opportunities.</li> <li>Own specific Retail Americas programs running the full program lifecycle end-to-end: roadmap, resourcing, risk, and stakeholder management.</li> <li>Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of market entry and retail programs</li> <li>Identify and assess risks specific to emerging market launches — regulatory, logistical, cultural — and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for program-related matters with internal stakeholders and external retail partners in market</li> <li>Track key performance metrics across owned programs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing scalable processes and tools across markets</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements </strong></p> <p>We would love to have you on our team if you have:</p> <ul> <li>10-12 years of proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.</li> <li>Deep retail expertise - account management, channel marketing, retail execution, and/or retail digital marketing</li> <li>Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.</li> <li>Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.</li> <li>Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings.</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.</li> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably experience working in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Docs</li> <li>Willingness to travel as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong> </p> <p>At Oura, we care about you and your well-being. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.
