This role oversees the organization and preservation of historical records, ensuring case documentation and archival materials are accurately maintained and readily accessible. Additional responsibilities include managing chain-of-custody notifications, updating eligibility status in the member management system, and processing notices of case closures.</p><p><br/></p><p>Essential is the commitment to demonstrate a sense of inclusion, safety, and collaborative behavior across the organization, supporting a culture of integrity, humility and consummate professionalism. Extended hours may be required to include nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may work from any USAV office and may be eligible from a remote work location.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><u><strong>Summary of Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u> include but are not necessarily limited to:</p><ul><li>Maintain, catalog, and update historical data files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the Safe Sport archive.</li><li>Construct and organize case spreadsheets and related records as part of archive protocols.</li><li>Manage chain-of-custody notifications and documentation in accordance with Safe Sport procedures.</li><li>Update eligibility status in the member management system and process notices of case closure in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Complete filing, documentation, and information-sorting tasks to support case management operations.</li><li>Monitor the Safe Sport email inbox, triaging and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate staff member.</li><li>Answer incoming calls from the National Office call line and route them to the relevant Safe Sport staff member.</li><li>Provide additional administrative support to Safe Sport staff as needed.</li><li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Qualifications:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently or on a team.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing tasks. </li><li>Experience with data analysis and running pivot tables is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a USAV background screening (prior to hire date).</li><li>Must successfully complete Safe Sport training within two weeks of hire date.
