As a result, most new hires are placed between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on qualifications and experience, while the top of the range is generally reserved for employees who have demonstrated sustained expertise and performance in the position. </span><strong>The anticipated pay for new hires entering as a BSA II is between $70,700 and $84,900. </strong>The full pay range is $70,700 to $99,000.&nbsp; <strong>The anticipated pay for new hires entering as a Sr. BSA is between $87,0</strong></span><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>00 and $99,000.&nbsp; </strong>The full pay range is $87,000 to $131,000. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications, and company tenure &amp; equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #000000;">This is a multi-level position with increasing levels of responsibility and requirements at the Senior level.</span></strong></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;</span><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Business Systems Analyst II Overview:</strong></span><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Performs systems analysis and provides support and guidance to end-users for company applications and administration systems. Acts as a liaison between internal business staff, IT technical teams and vendors to evaluate business needs and drive system solutions to support business strategies and objectives.</span><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Follows an established requirements gathering process to identify requirements</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Conducts thorough research and analysis to validate business needs, objectives and opportunities</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Communicates requirements to the development teams through the use of specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Works closely with internal business staff, IT developers/architects/technical experts and system vendors to translate business requirements into IT-based solutions</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinates development work with system vendor and/or IT developers/architects/technical experts to ensure appropriate system configuration</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">&nbsp;Performs testing to ensure optimal system configuration and performance. Coordinates with developers, quality assurance teams, and users to test processes and ensure functionality and user acceptance.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Provides support and guidance to end-users on company application functionality and capabilities</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Performs root cause analysis of issues, identifies and recommends workable solutions to application and systems problems</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Works with system vendors and/or IT technical team as needed to escalate and resolve complex issues, deliver system enhancements and support the application</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Coordinates project activities including requirements gathering, configurations, testing, training and go live support.
