<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Defines the product vision, strategy and roadmap</p><p>· Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market and customer requirements</p><p>· Acts as the customer advocate articulating their needs</p><p>· Works closely with development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met</p><p>· Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise</p><p>· Defines what to solve in the market needs document, where you articulate the valuable market problem you’re solving along with priorities and justification for each part of the solution</p><p>· Regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations</p><p>· Is a market expert. Market expertise includes understanding the reasons customers purchase products. This includes an understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and buy your product</p><p>· Acts as the product’s leader within the company</p><p>· Develops the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures</p><p>· Develops positioning for the product</p><p>· Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing. This point isn’t true in all industries, especially, for example, insurance; however, an awareness of competitive pricing is part of what companies expect you to provide as part of the pricing decision</p> <p>Qualifications and Education Requirements</p><p>· 3-5 years' experience in Product Management, with demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products</p><p>· Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience</p><p>· Technical background, strong data and analytical skills</p><p>· Effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, and Adobe Products.</p><p>· Power BI experience would be an asset</p><p>· Excellent teamwork skills</p><p>· Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority</p><p>· Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines</p><p>· Ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts and offer valid solutions</p><p>· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</p><p>· Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented</p><p>· Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable</p><p>· Superb writing, content development and editing skills</p><p>· A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills</p><p></p><p>Additional Requirements</p><p>· Must possess a valid driver’s license</p><p>· Criminal background check required</p> <p>Competitive salary</p><p>Company match plan</p><p>Flexible work environment</p><p></p>
