<p>Description</p><p><strong>Territory Sales Manager – Outgoing, Gritty, Driven</strong></p><p>Location: Remote in TX, OK, MS, AR, AL, or LA</p><p>Job Type: Full-Time</p><p>Van Beek Natural Science is looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager who thrives on connection, lives for the close, and brings grit to the game. We’re a leader in all-natural animal health products, trusted by veterinarians, distributors, and animal lovers nationwide.</p><p><br/></p><p>We’re not looking for someone to sit back and take orders; we want a self-starter who chases opportunities, builds relationships, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You will be responsible for managing sales within a multi-state territory.</p><p><br/></p><p>What You'll Do:</p><ul><li>Work from home while owning your sales pipeline and crushing your numbers</li><li>Make calls, build trust, and close deals. You are the go-to for new leads, existing clients, and distributors in your territory</li><li>Travel occasionally for key meetings, industry events, or training. Just enough to keep things exciting</li><li>Educate customers on our unique product line and drive product adoption</li><li>Keep our CRM updated so we can celebrate your wins and support your growth</li><li>Hit and exceed your sales goals consistently and love every second of the chase</li><li>Be outgoing and persuasive<strong>.</strong> You know how to win people over</li><li>Be gritty and determined<strong>.</strong> You don’t stop at the first “no”</li><li>Be coachable and curious. You own your day, but love sharing the win</li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required (phone or B2B a plus)</li><li>Animal health, nutrition, or experience working in the veterinary industry beneficial</li><li>Strong communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems</li><li>Must have the capability to lift 50 lbs.</li><li>Must have a valid Driver's License</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Performance-driven culture.
