margin: 1em 0px; list-style: disc; color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87); font-family: Arimo, "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: 20px;">BS in computer science, math, electrical, mechanical, chemical or related engineering field or relevant experience</li> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: 20px;">7-10+ years of experience developing MES, high level enterprise SCADA systems, or similar, preferably in a project based industry.</li> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: 20px;">Strong understanding of agile development methodology and how to run a project in Scrum format.</li> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: 20px;">Experience in a Product Owner role or similar capacity, with strong ability to work directly with customers to scope projects, define long term roadmaps, and proactively identify risks</li> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; line-height: 20px;">Ability to ensure alignment with customer objectives, manage expectations, and drive continuous improvement in the product development lifecycle</li> <li style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
