Requirements

Reporting to the VP, Talent & People Partners
Serve as the strategic People Business Partner for Commercial & Support functions
Provide high-level organizational design and talent strategy for VP-level leaders and Executives
Partner with DevEx & Talent Acquisition teams to architect and pull through targeted attraction, learning, development, and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with Total Rewards & People Ops team to ensure seamless support around compensation, benefits, and compliance
Oversee a People Business Partner (PBP) and be responsible for their growth and development
