Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in a specific area, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.<br/> <br/> <strong>Key Responsibilities:<br/> • Lead the sourcing and negotiation </strong>of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across your destination to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.<br/> <strong>• Collaborate with internal teams</strong> (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.<br/> <strong>• Analyze market trends</strong> and competition to identify growth opportunities.<br/> <strong>• Build and maintain strong our partners </strong>through regular meetings and calls.<br/> <strong>• Expand our network of partners</strong> by pitching and onboarding new hotels.<br/> <br/> Multiple job openings are available to cover various areas.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>💡 <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We are looking for proactive individuals who move fast, think strategically, and are driven to make a lasting impact<br/> <br/> <strong>• </strong>Minimum 2 <strong>years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement </strong><br/> <strong>• Strong negotiation skills</strong> and ease in dealing with suppliers.<br/> <strong>• Market knowledge</strong> and existing contacts with key players in the<strong> local hospitality industry</strong>.<br/> <strong>• </strong>Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.<br/> <strong>• </strong>Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.<br/> <strong>• </strong>Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.<br/> <strong>• </strong>Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>⚡ Our Recruitment Process </strong><br/> We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. <br/> <br/> Here’s what you can expect: <br/> 1. Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30 min) : Get to know each other!
