Strategic Planning &amp; Performance Management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Translate the commercial strategy into clear roadmaps, OKRs, and actionable workstreams.</p></li><li><p>Structure and lead business reviews across Contracting, Revenue Management, and Product teams.</p></li><li><p>Design dashboards and performance reporting to monitor key KPIs (growth, margin, supplier performance, operational efficiency).</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Cross-Functional Coordination &amp; Execution</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ensure seamless alignment between Supply, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Finance to deliver business priorities.</p></li><li><p>Track strategic projects end-to-end (AI in revenue management, automation, new destination launches, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Identify interdependencies early, anticipate risks, and ensure rapid problem-solving to maintain execution speed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Organizational Effectiveness &amp; Process Excellence</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply organization (workflow simplification, decision cadence, meeting hygiene).</p></li><li><p>Standardize best practices across markets and verticals to enhance efficiency and collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the design and implementation of an operating model aligned with Voyage Privé’s ambition to be <strong>“masters of agility.”</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Strategic Support &amp; Advisory to the Head of Commercial Operations</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare strategic briefings, analysis, and presentations for ExCom and Board-level discussions.</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Represent the Head of Commercial Operations in selected meetings or working groups when needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>5.
