You’ll work closely with <strong>C-level leaders & HRBPs </strong>to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe - driving our growth with excellence and innovation.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will include:<br/> • <strong>Define and lead</strong> a global <strong>Talent Acquisition strategy</strong> fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans.<br/> • <strong>Partner</strong> with <strong>hiring managers, HRBPs, and C-level executives</strong> to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best-in-class recruitment process.<br/> • <strong>Challenge and optimize</strong> sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.<br/> • <strong>Oversee Employer Branding operations</strong>, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy.<br/> • <strong>Build and develop</strong> a <strong>high-performing TA team</strong>, fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment, automation, D&I initiatives).<br/> • <strong>Drive operational excellence</strong> by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.<br/> • <strong>Lead innovative recruiting projects</strong>, from graduate programs to automation and data-driven decision-making, to position our organization as a <strong>best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.</strong></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>💡 What We’re Looking For </strong><br/> </p><p>We’re looking for <strong>a strategic builder and people leader</strong> - someone who moves fast, thinks big, and thrives on creating lasting impact through exceptional talent.</p><p>Your profile:<br/> • <strong>Proven experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition</strong>, including <strong>at least 3 years in a leadership role</strong>.<br/> • <strong>Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams</strong> in <strong>fast-paced or scaling environments</strong>.<br/> • <strong>Deep understanding</strong> of <strong>recruiting metrics, tools (ATS, CRM)</strong>, and <strong>employer branding strategies</strong>.<br/> • <strong>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management</strong> skills to influence and partner at all levels.<br/> • <strong>Passion for people, growth, and impact</strong> - you believe great talent builds great companies.<br/> • <strong>Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth contexts</strong>, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.<br/> • <strong>Data-driven and structured</strong>, always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience.</p><h3>Informations supplémentaires</h3><p><strong>⚡ Our Recruitment Process </strong><br/> <br/> We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. <br/> <br/> Here’s what you can expect: </p><ol><li><strong>Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min):</strong> Get to know each other!
