You’ll work closely with internal teams (Tech, Data, Business, Ops) and external partnerships (connectivity providers, channel managers, B2B platforms) to deliver measurable impact on conversion, availability, and margin.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Define and own the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope).</li><li>Prioritize problems and solutions based on data (conversion, availability, margin, UX).</li><li>Drive integrations with providers (Channel Managers, PMS, CRS, XML APIs).</li><li>Ensure integration quality (latency, error rate, monitoring).</li><li>Experiment with UX and merchandising to optimize performance.</li><li>Enable internal teams with self-serve tools and workflows.</li><li>Establish performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and feedback loops.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>💡</strong><strong> What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about impact.</p><p>Your profile:</p><ul><li>6+ years in Product Management.</li><li><strong>Stron</strong><strong>g exposure to travel connectivity ecosystems </strong>(e.g. channel managers, PMS, CRS), with the ability to quickly ramp up on ARI flows and partner APIs.</li><li><strong>Strong business impact & delivery mindset</strong>: proven ability to focus on outcomes over outputs, prioritize based on business value (conversion, availability, margin), and drive end-to-end delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.</li><li>Communicate well in <strong>English and French.</strong></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>⚡</strong><strong> Our Recruitment Process</strong> </p><p>We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. </p><p>Here’s what you can expect: </p><ol><li><strong>Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min):</strong> Get to know each other!
