You will be central to implementing automated tests in collaboration with experienced QA testers. You will work in a modern, cutting-edge technological environment: Cucumber, Playwright, XRay, GitLab, Gherkin, AI, etc. This position requires the ability to quickly develop technical skills and work closely with cross-functional teams (product, software engineering, QA).</p><p><strong>1. Automate Tests</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber and Playwright (TypeScript)</li><li>Integrate scripts into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable release validation.</li></ul><p><em><strong>Expected Results</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Reduce release validation time thanks to automated critical scenarios.</p></li><li><p>Improve delivery reliability, with fewer critical bugs identified late in the process.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Enhance Automation within the team</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work with testers who have strong functional knowledge to identify and prioritize critical scenarios for automation.</p></li><li><p>Support the development of their skills in automation tools and methodologies.</p></li></ul><p><em><strong>Expected Results</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>Create a prioritized catalog of automated scenarios, validated by the QA team.</p></li><li><p>Strengthen QA team in the use of automation tools, increasing its ability to test effectively.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Develop Functional Expertise</strong></p><ul><li><p>Immerse yourself in the functional scope to understand critical workflows (user journeys, promotion management, order flows, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Actively participate in discussions with product and software engineering teams to ensure relevant test coverage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Documente and Report</strong></p><ul><li><p>Write and maintain documentation for automated and manual tests in XRay (integrated with Jira).</p></li><li><p>Provide regular reports on test coverage and automated execution results.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>💡<strong> What We’re Looking For </strong></p><p>We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.</p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of experience in test automation; strong proficiency with the Cucumber/Playwright (TypeScript) stack is highly valued.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with XRay for managing test assets and test campaigns within Jira.</p></li><li><p>ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher) strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitLab).</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work within cross-functional product/engineering teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and take initiative to structure and improve QA processes.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>⚡ <u><strong>Our Recruitment Process </strong></u><br/> We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process.  <br/> Here’s what you can expect:  </p><ol><li><strong>Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (45 min)</strong>: Get to know each other!
