You’ll be responsible for sourcing top-tier digital talent, driving an exceptional candidate experience, and directly contributing to our ability to attract and retain “A players.” </p><p>You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and HR stakeholders to deliver measurable hiring impact and help us scale efficiently during a major phase of technical transformation. </p><p>Your key responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li><strong>Own full-cycle recruitments and talent pipelines for digital roles</strong> (tech, product, data), in close collaboration with the TA team, with occasional support on non-digital roles. </li><li><strong>Partner with hiring managers</strong> to understand needs, define priorities, and design effective sourcing strategies. </li><li><strong>Craft a seamless and high-quality candidate experience</strong>, ensuring consistency from first contact to onboarding. </li><li><strong>Lead strategic projects to improve recruitment impact</strong>, including initiatives around employer branding, recruitment tools, process documentation, and workflow optimization. </li><li><strong>Use recruitment KPIs and market insights</strong> to continuously refine strategies and increase hiring impact. </li><li><strong>Ensure operational excellence</strong> and strong process discipline across all active recruitments. </li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>💡<strong> What We’re Looking For </strong></p><p>We’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts. </p><p>Your profile: </p><ul><li>Proven experience of minimum 5 years in talent acquisition with a strong focus on digital roles (engineering, product, data). </li><li>Solid understanding of sourcing methods, recruitment analytics, and market trends in tech. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. </li><li>Strong ability to drive hiring processes end-to-end with structure, autonomy, and impact. </li><li>Passionate about identifying exceptional talent and building high-performing teams. </li><li>Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve. </li><li>Fluent in French and English. </li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. </li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>⚡ <strong>Our Recruitment Process </strong></p><p> <br/> We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process.  <br/>  <br/> Here’s what you can expect:  </p><ol><li><strong>Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (45 min)</strong>: Get to know each other!
