This is a hands-on full-stack role requiring strong production experience with <strong>React and Node.js</strong>.<br><br> </div><div>The ideal candidate should have experience delivering projects end-to-end, from frontend development and backend/API integration to databases, testing, and deployment. The candidate will work closely with the <strong>Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect</strong> to contribute to technical decisions, SaaS solutions, and overall project delivery.<br><br> </div><div>We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes ownership, focuses on outcomes and quality, communicates clearly, and is motivated to continuously learn and grow into a technical leadership role.<br><br> </div><div> <br><br> </div><br></br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Develop and deliver full-stack features using <strong>React and Node.js</strong>.</li> <li> Handle frontend, backend/API development, and database integration. </li> <li> Contribute to application architecture and <strong>SaaS solution development</strong>. </li> <li> Deliver projects and features end-to-end. </li> <li> Write and maintain tests and support QA activities. </li> <li> Work with the Technical Project Manager to scope, estimate, and deliver projects. </li> <li> Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and risks. </li> <li> Evaluate and use modern development and AI-assisted tools where appropriate. </li> <li> Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality project outcomes.</li> </ul><br></br><h3>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</h3><ul> <li><strong>5–7 years of professional software development experience.</strong></li> <li> Experience working in a <strong>reputable Pakistani software house or software/product development environment</strong>. </li> <li> Strong hands-on <strong>React and Node.js</strong> experience in production. </li> <li> Proven experience delivering software projects/features <strong>end-to-end</strong>. </li> <li> Strong understanding of frontend architecture, backend/API development, and databases. </li> <li> Working knowledge of <strong>SaaS, multi-tenant, or multi-client applications</strong>. </li> <li> Experience with testing and QA. </li> <li> Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. </li> <li> Ability to work independently and take ownership without micromanagement. </li> <li> Familiarity with <strong>Sanity, Vercel, Supabase, Cursor, Lovable, GitHub, and ClickUp</strong> is preferred. </li> <li> International client, remote-team, or global product experience is a strong plus. </li> <li> Willingness to continuously learn and grow toward a technical leadership role.</li> </ul><br></br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul> <li>Remote working opportunity</li> <li>Opportunity to work across multiple products and projects. </li> <li>Exposure to modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools. </li> <li>Opportunity to work closely with technical and project leadership. </li> </ul><div><br></div>
