This role plays a critical part in maintaining accuracy, transparency, and control over legal spend. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal billing, accounts payable, or financial analysis, with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.</p><p>Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:</p><p>• Diligently review and process legal invoices promptly</p><p>• Ensure all invoices align with billing standards, budgets, and expense policies</p><p>• Detect any billing discrepancies, non-compliant charges, or errors</p><p>• Enhance the visibility of legal expenditures through proactive reporting and tracking</p><p>• Foster strong connections with both internal teams and external law firms</p><p>• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and compliance</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Law degree preferred - alternatively, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field</li><li>Demonstrated experience in legal billing processes, specifically within a law firm or business setting.</li><li>Proficient in handling Legal accounts payable functions.
