We request that all CVs be submitted in English.<br /></li></ul>About the Job:<p>The Talent Acquisition Analyst will support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of roles. This position plays a key role in ensuring an efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help attract high-quality talent to the organization.</p><p>What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):</p><ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.</li><li>Screen candidates and track applications using provided templates and systems.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.</li><li>Prepare and send offer letters in accordance with company policies and standards.</li><li>Ensure all hiring processes adhere to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support other HR and talent acquisition needs as assigned.</li><li>Assist in recruitment-related administrative tasks and reporting.</li></ul> <p>Education: </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)</li></ul><ul><li>Relevant certifications in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter certification, HR certifications) are an advantage</li><li>Equivalent work experience in recruiting or talent acquisition may be considered in place of a formal degree.</li><li>Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) required.<br /></li></ul><p>Experience: </p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR-related role.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various roles and levels.</li><li>Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).</li><li>Experience coordinating with hiring managers and supporting end-to-end hiring processes.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Teams experience preferred.</li><li>Experience using video conferencing tools such as Zoom / MS Teams.</li></ul><p></p><p>Must-Have Requirements</p><p>Please ensure you meet all of the following before applying:</p><ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience.</li><li>Genuinely flexible and adaptable as business needs evolve.</li><li>Stable, reliable internet connection</li><li>Professional and dedicated remote working setup.<br /></li></ul><p>Preferred Background / Industry Experience:</p><ul><li>Experience in fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environments (agency or in-house).</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries is an advantage.</li><li>Exposure to international hiring or remote/global recruitment is preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting hiring for corporate, operational, or technical roles is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with working in structured HR or talent acquisition teams is beneficial.</li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p><p>💰 USD compensation</p><p>🏖️ Paid Time Off (PTO)</p><p>🌍 Fully remote — work from wherever you do your best work!</p><p></p><p>Ready to Apply?</p><p>If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you - submit your CV in English and hit Apply!</p>
