<p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with business analyst, development or consulting experience in enterprise level solutions</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrate ability to deliver solutions through the team from problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis, development, testing and delivery on complex projects spanning multiple Finance and HR stakeholder communities. </span></li> <li><span>Must be able to coach and develop teams through this process.</span></li> <li><span>Capable of communicating appropriate level of process and technical detail across different organizations and hierarchies</span></li> <li><span>Ability to think creatively and recognize, develop and encourage creativity in others</span></li> <li><span>Possess a solid understanding of Product Ownership, Agile, Lean and Scrum principles and build it in others</span></li> <li><span>Strong understanding of either HR and/or incentive compensation business processes and how technology can enhance and improve these processes</span></li> <li><span>Experience with ADP Vantage, Callidus, Oracle EPM as well as custom software applications or equivalent systems experience is needed</span></li> <li><span>Proficient in the Software Development Lifecycle</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or a related technical field</span></li> <li><span>Previous experience managing project initiatives across multiple IT and business organizations</span></li> <li><span>Good project management skills</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)</span></li> <li><span>Independent, self-motivated</span></li> </ul> <p><span>Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $114,000 to $142,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
