normal;">Bachelor's Degree in Engineering  </li><li style="line-height: normal;">7-10 years’ experience in the transmission field of designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams</li><li style="line-height: normal;">Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.</li><li style="line-height: normal;">Understanding of the NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95.</li><li style="line-height: normal;">Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation</li><li style="line-height: normal;">The candidate must have a strong command of the English language with good Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
7-10 years’ experience in the transmission field of designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
Professional Engineering (PE) licensure.

Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
The candidate must have a strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnel.
